Quality:  Completely uninteresting frame, made in Mexico.  The painting is in perfect condition, except for a couple of driplets of something.  We will be doing a cleaning of the surface soon.

G. Harris Shelton is listed in "The Directory of Texas Artists".  He lived and painted in El Paso.  More data later, after research.
